• Provision of chaperones by the church.
• Light refreshments (i.e., pretzels, cookies, juice, coffee) – OPTIONAL
• Ability to load and set up during the day or night before the event.
• Ability to play in either the multipurpose/fellowship hall, as opposed to the sanctuary.
• Ability to leave a good will offering basket out.
• Ability to display T-shirts and other merchandise.
• Ability to put a portable sign on the lawn of the church one to two weeks prior to the event.
• Advertising of the event through the church bulletin, local newspapers, etc.
